** BUG FIXES**

**IMPROVEMENTS**

- - **Application**  
      When an agent requests to add or edit questions in "Miscellaneous" section, these requests can now be completed more quickly by Intellirent.
    - **Properties**  
      - When an agent moves to the next property page or selects an agent from dropdown menu while filtering, a visual loader will appear for more clarity.  
      - When an agent selects their preferred number of views, Intellirent will remember that preference and show that preference next time the agent visits the page.
    - **Rental Marketing**  
      In alignment with Apartments.com updates, if an agents selects Condo/Apartment, that property will be added to the new [Apartments.com](http://apartments.com/) multifamily feed. Any current and newly added properties with Condo/Apartment selected are updated accordingly.
    - **Renter Resume**  
      - ***Application header: ***now shows "Agent Full Name, agent", Applicant full name, applicant type (Occupant or guarantor), and rent amount.  
      - ***Footer: ***If an agent has a Company website and logo in their Settings, the footer will reflect their Settings.   
      - White space in online & downloaded credit reports has been reduced
