 BUG FIXES

    • Application Property Notes
      Issue of applicants were previously unable to submit an application without selecting a property from the dropdown or entering property note has been resolved.

IMPROVEMENTS

    • Tenancy Verifications
      Language included in the tenancy verifications has been updated to reflect Covid-19 housing regulations. For example, "Are there any outstanding amounts owed by this applicant that accrued prior to March 1, 2020, or after June 30, 2021, due to delinquent rent, utilities, late fees or damage to unit?".
    • DocuSign
      All custom fields sent to DocuSign will be displayed for all applicant types, including co-occupants and guarantors.
    • Application Activity Feed
      Email activity (sends, opens, clicks) will now be available for all follow-up emails sent to allow for more clarity in verification process.

 

NEW FEATURES

    • For Applicants
      Applicants can now easily apply to an additional property using their same email address (within the 60 days TransUnion reports are valid), without seeking assistance from Intellirent Support. Note: We are investigating reported issues of applicants in this scenario being displayed as "expired". This is an internal label, agents should proceed with processing applications as normal.
