IMPROVEMENTS

• • Application
    - Previously, if an agent did not have "Company Info" filled out in their settings, their applicants could not see their contact information. Now, applicants will see the contact information found in "Personal Info"on their application and from their application dashboard.
    - Selecting calendar dates on the application has been simplified for better user experience. Users can now enter a date in correct format, MM/DD/YYY, or they can click on the calendar icon to pick a date.
    - Updated "Desired Property" section in application:
         - [Default] If WL Property Note is Enabled, applicants will see: “Select an available rental, or choose Other to enter an address.”
         - If WL Property Note is Disabled, applicants will see: “Select an available rental.” – applicant does not have the option to enter a custom property address.
    

         - If the applicant selects Other, they will see: “Other” – remove all other text.

  • Verifications
    Verifications forms for employment and tenancy have been updated.
         - PDF forms will always be condensed to one page.
         - Language displayed within the the online verification questions/answers will be mirrored on the PDF forms.
         - Updated color coding has been added to the verification forms for quick & easy review of completed verifications.
         - Character limits have been added to responses for verifiers to keep answers concise.
         - Forms will now display the date the verification was completed.
  • Renter Resume
    - When an agent has unchecked/filtered the resume file online, the next time the agent visits any of the resume pages, the previously selected filters will be saved.
    - App sections in the renter resume have been redesigned to reduce blank space on resumes, from the Summary through the Background Questions.
