White labels: Some users were seeing questions repeated in tenancy verification PDF forms - this has been resolved.
IMPROVEMENTS
Application Criteria White labels: Agents can now create stricter requirements for necessary documents in employment section of application. The file fields are labeled, and agents can determine which are required and if there are any dependencies, (for example: if an applicant has listed a future employment, agents can require that their offer letter is uploaded as proof).
Application - Employment section in application now shows "Other" option instead of Unemployed. - Applicants can now select future dates for employment if they are currently employed, but have not yet started.
NEW FEATURES
Guarantor Options Agents can now determine case-by-case when an applicant is allowed to add a guarantor, and can make this decision after the application has been submitted. For more details, see: Application Criteria in our knowledge base.
