Renter Resume - The issue of Additional Questions showing multiple times on Renter Resume and Resume(PDF) has been resolved. - The issue of agents receiving earlier version of Renter Resume when downloading has been resolved.
Rental Marketing - Once rental marketing has been turned on for ALL properties from settings, any new property added either manually or via scraping will automatically have marketing turned on. ** Marketing can be turned off for individual properties from within their property details page. - Zumper: Issue of some listings marked as "a room for rent in a shared living space" appearing as individual condos for rent on Zumper has been resolved. - Zillow: Issue of some Zillow paid accounts unsuccessfully linking to Intellirent has been resolved.
Notifications If an agent has notifications OFF, agent will not receive email when a newly completed application has been submitted.
IMPROVEMENTS
Add a Property - If an agent makes a change in details on properties page, the validation error will be displayed in square feet field if it contains the decimal or comma in it. - If an agent copies text over into property fields that is invalid, the validation error will be displayed. - Lease term field no longer required to publish property manually or via API.
Properties - Agents now have more options for filtering properties including: Create Date, Rent Amount, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Applicants (Yes or No), and Marketing (Active or Inactive). - Top navigation bar on properties page will be sticky (remain in view at top of screen) for quicker & more clear navigation. - Search results will only produce results that match the current page (Published, Drafts, Archived).
Verifications If a verifier (landlord or employer) attempts to navigate away from the verification form without properly submitting, they will be alerted that the answers provided will not be recorded, and to confirm before moving forward.
Renter Resume - Agents now have the option of including completed tenancy & employment verification documents within the renter resume (instead of downloading separately from the applicant details page). - (For White Labels) If an applicant does not add a driver's license on personal information page and their application requires a driver's license to be uploaded when an applicant indicates they have a vehicle, they will see "Required" messaging in upload field on page.
